A kitchen and bathroom/laundry room remodel utilizing the existing footprint of the home. Goals for the bathroom remodel were aging in place. Bathroom incorporates a first floor laundry with washer dryer stacked next to the shower. Kitchen utilizes previous footprint but we gained additional storage by eliminating a soffit and bringing cabinets to the ceiling, then adding cabinets to the brick fireplace wall. Refreshed the dining room with new furniture, lighting and refinished hardwood floors.
