Bathroom(s), studio with bar, foyer and fireplace remodel. This project is special. Foyer vestibule millwork was designed to match the existing wainscot in the entryway of the house with mosaic marble floors and coordinating wallpaper. Fireplace millwork and stone install was designed using phyllite stone and millwork matches the profiles found in existing original casing in the home.
Green primary bathroom includes green zellige shower and wainscot tile with mid-century inspired vanity and fixtures. Kid's bathroom has vibrant finishes with a bright floral wallpaper, navy vanity, tile wainscot and shower. Guest suite bathroom is a mix of modern finishes with black hexagon tile, roman clay accent wall and white oak vanity. The custom bar with deep red cabinets, black brick tile and phyllite countertop, herringbone wood floor throughout the studio space.
